Unlock inner peace

We are dedicated to building a more peaceful and inclusive world through the practice of Transcendental Meditation. Join us in cultivating inner calm, clarity, and connection β€” for yourself and for the world around you.

Our Vision for a Better Tomorrow

Our non-profit organization helps bring people together, encourages kindness, and supports positive change β€” to create a more caring and harmonized society.

What is TM?

Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a simple, natural, and effortless mental technique practiced for 15–20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with eyes closed. It’s a practical, evidence-based tool for well-being that anyone can benefit from β€” including children as young as four years old.

Two to 2.5 times deeper rest than that obtained during sleep.

The Goal of Our Work

Our mission is to make Transcendental Meditation (TM) accessible to everyone β€” especially those experiencing high levels of stress, including refugees, and anyone seeking mental and emotional relief. At the heart of our vision is the creation of large, coherent groups practicing TM and TM Sidhi program together β€” generating a powerful field of collective calm and positivity.

Transcendental Meditation (TM) is the most extensively researched meditation practice, supported by over 650 peer-reviewed studies conducted by leading institutions such as Harvard Medical School, Stanford Research Institute, Yale, Stockholm University, and the Brain Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. The results have been published in top scientific journals including Science, Scientific American, and the American Journal of Physiology, among many others.

Maharishi Effect

The Maharishi Effect

When stress and unhappiness dominate a community, the collective atmosphere becomes tense, often leading to disasters, violence, and unrest.

But when people cultivate inner peace β€” especially through practices like Transcendental Meditation (TM) and the TM-Sidhi program β€” they radiate harmony, positively affecting even those around them who do not meditate.

In 1960, the founder of Transcendental Meditation, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, predicted that just 1% of a population practicing TM, or the square root of 1% (noted in 1974 research on TM-Sidhi), practicing the TM-Sidhi program together, can shift an entire community toward peace and well-being.

This was confirmed by scientific research and is now known as the Maharishi Effect β€” one of the most studied and compelling demonstrations of collective consciousness in action.
